Juice Learning was selected to design, develop and deliver “Building for the Future” - a unique programme designed specifically for Four Housing Group to enable them tofulfil their mission of ‘providing affordable homes and quality services and improving the lives of residents by creating vibrant, diverse and sustainable communities’.
More than thirty managers and supervisors participated in a five module Supervisory Management Programme over a four month period in the summer of 2010. This innovative, bespoke programme included five full-day interactive training sessions utilising theatre, discussion, and experiential activities. The curriculum for the programme included:
The final module saw participants putting theory into practice and pushing their own beliefs as to what was possible through a series of challenging outdoor adventure activities.
