To help them meet this challenge, GKN Aerospace asked our specialist Health and Safety Facilitator, Matt Cleve to deliver a short session to raise risk awareness to the leadership team at their annual conference in Dallas Texas.
In a short and high impact session Matt was challenged to create an awareness of a variety of risks, as well as creating the individual motivation to be constantly vigilant and proactive when dealing with potential hazards in the workplace.
The engaging and highly memorable session featured a range of techniques, each designed to deliver the following objectives:
To better understand the diversity of hazards that staff may face and the consequences of inattention, Matt worked closely with our Creative Director Mark Knight to create a series of short animated films. Each recreated a recorded incident and was designed to stimulate a thoroughly interactive session where the delegates shared their own insights and discussed best practise.
