In an energetic and involving session Juice Learning facilitator, Andy Thomas, took the delegates through an interactive workshop focusing on Customer Excellence, outlining the benefits of positive and unique approaches to customer satisfaction. Andy’s enthusiastic and engaging style, combined with video footage and audience participation exercises, went down well with the audience and left them with a lot to ponder over.
