The training team at Epsom asked us to help provide a fresh insight into how behaviours, attitudes, self-awareness and perceptions can impact on positive individual interactions with patients/families and staff across the Trust.

Working closely with Epsom & St.Helier’s training team we facilitated a series of lively and inspirational half-day workshops to over 250 members of the Logistics and recently-formed Pathway Co-ordinator’s team. Delivering a bespoke workshop incorporating tailor-made theatre, recorded comments from patients and engaging interactive learning exercises, our facilitators Matt Cleve and Andy Thomas created an energetic and enjoyable event which left the delegates inspired to deliver an outstanding Patient Experience.
