North Star Housing Group recognised the requirement to inform their staff on the Bribery Act 2010 and increase their level of understanding and appreciation of the practical implications of the Act in the workplace. True to form, this creative and ambitious organisation wanted to go beyond a simple update of the legislation and empower their staff to really understand the practical implications of the law.
We delivered a series of interactive events using theatre to communicate the provisions of the Bribery Act 2010, to clearly define unlawful behaviours, to outline employees’ responsibilities and to encourage a culture that has a ‘zero tolerance’ approach to bribery.
“We had to deliver mandatory training on the Bribery Act for over 100 staff. I wanted to inform staff about the Bribery Act, the pitfalls of getting it wrong and to understand what to do if they found themselves in a difficult situation. The overview was interactive and encouraged thoughts, reflections and debate. Staff left with a fantastic understanding of how it could affect them as individuals and more widely the organisation. I would have no hesitation in recommending Juice Learning to others in enabling them to bring a subject to life.”
“The actors bought clarity to the subject and made it really interesting. It was excellent.”
