Quantum Care are committed to helping their staff deliver the best possible service at all times and wanted to deliver a programme which gave their Care Home Managers the opportunity to explore the issues of respect and working together and how these impact upon relationships with both staff and clients.
Juice Learning delivered an interactive, inspirational session designed to explore how participants manage their teams, their homes and themselves.
The drama-based events equipped Care Home Managers with the tools to challenge inappropriate behaviour or poor working practices, but also ways in which they could inspire their teams to always strive for excellence.
In a busy care home setting, the ability to effectively manage a variety of conflict situations is critical, and participants were given confidence in dealing with such situations as they arise in order to ensure a smooth running operation, delighted customers, and a motivated workforce.
The feedback from the participants was extremely positive, with many confirming the events were insightful, thought-provoking and great fun!
