The result was the successful delivery of 8 half-day customer experience events incorporating a blend of invisible theatre, live drama and inspiring audience participation. By way of demonstrating the organisation’s full commitment to these visions and values the events were championed by, and visibly involved, the Chief Executive and the Senior Management Team. This helped to unite staff across all levels and from all departments.
The key learning points were dynamically ‘brought to life’ through a series of engaging theatrical scenarios and interactive workshop sessions designed to help staff explore the solutions to the challenges that they face in delivering a superb customer experience and in working together effectively across departments.
The feedback from participants was extremely positive, with many already making commitments to change their behaviours, and confirming that the events were inspirational, challenging and insightful.
"The events were a huge success. In all my years of OD practice I have never attended training events that have resulted in such a buzz and high levels of engagement amongst staff. Whilst challenging and insightful, the sessions were also fun and that was down to the skills and expertise of the Juice team who made sure staff were fully engaged throughout the whole of each session.
