The events aim was to inform and inspire staff to embrace the new organisational values. To make them part of everyday, to ensure effective teamwork, and to be proud of the work they do at Spire Homes.
The event was a truly amazing day which brought the values to life and ensured staff participation and idea generation throughout. The day included the Drum Cafe, Little Britain theatre sketches, a Blankety Blank quiz along with a Paul O’Grady impersonator, a Dragon’s Den forum with the Spire Homes Senior Management Team, and an inspirational talk by Justin Hughes the Red Arrows pilot!
The events helped to really embed the values within the organisation in an innovative and memorable way. The event helped staff to take ownership of the values and the importance of team work in making Spire Homes a values aligned organisation.
"The day was fantastic – the atmosphere was really lively and upbeat and this allowed us to really work together as a team and bring together new ways of working. Staff really enjoyed the various activities and being in this environment helped everyone get involved."
