As part of a blended approach, which included delivery of a drama-based conference to all staff, Juice were asked to create a training resource that could be presented to all existing and new staff to deliver the skills, knowledge and attitude to deliver customer excellence as standard.
From an early stage it was clear that EDH were keen to commission engaging and creative media content as a key element of their training resource.
With our creativity put fully to the test, we created the concept of a secret surveillance organization: “The Obsessed”. This fictional and benevolent organization investigates the standard of customer service through the use of covert surveillance techniques. This allowed us to portray customer interactions through CCTV footage, telephone recordings and mystery shoppers, whilst using “The Obsessed’s” bunker as the main location.
We followed one day of filming on location at EDH premises with a weekend studio shoot in the studio facilities next to our office in Armitage Bridge.
The final look and sound of the film was a collaborative effort between our highly creative and very resourceful crew, which included: production design by Fiona Albrow; lighting and camera by Stuart Dunn and sound recording by Dan Budd.
“It was business-critical that we created a lasting-legacy; Juice provided us with a tailor-made training resource and importantly, gave us the skills for our team to deliver it to their colleagues now and in the future.
I would highly recommend Juice Learning; their positive approach, skills and experience mean that they are the ideal partner for any organisation who faces the challenge of turning their company vision into a reality.”
