The final training resource was designed primarily for Club Chairmen and their safety teams and was distributed to all non-league clubs across the U.K.
The resource contained films focussed on the five key areas, including: The General Principles of Stadium Safety; Managing Safety at the Stadium; Preparing for Match Day; Managing a High Profile Game; and Managing Safety at a Step 3 Club.
The filming used a combination of match day footage following safety stewards; interviews with F.A. representatives and Safety Officers from across the football leagues; and narrative-led graphics to deliver the key messages.
