The filming, which took place in our on-site studios, provided an ideal opportunity for us to offer some hands-on experience of a corporate film shoot for George Davies, a recently graduated filmmaker. Here’s what he had to say about his experience with us:
“As a film graduate, I found working with Juice Learning an informative and enjoyable experience. I picked up new skills whilst being made to feel included within a hard-working team.
Having worked both on my own short films and working on feature films - this was my first commercial shoot. My role was to shoot and edit a “Behind-the- scenes” film, showing how such a commercial is made. Whilst doing this I was also assisting the camera department wherever needed. Some examples of the tasks I was asked to assist with included loading the clapperboard and de-rigging lighting and camera equipment in between shots and at the end of the day.
I was really impressed by the professionalism of both cast and crew as well as the effort that goes into the filming, with client's interests always in mind.”
To catch a glimpse of what a day on a corporate film-shoot looks like, watch George’s ‘Behind the Scenes’ video here:
Our client, who was present at the shoot, offered his own comments on George’s participation and involvement on the day:
“I was really impressed by how Juice is supporting new talent in the sector. I was impressed by George’s enthusiasm to make a career of media and wish him all the best with his future.”
We at Juice would also like to wish George all the very best and hope to have the opportunity to work with him again in the future.
