We are delighted (and just a little bit excited!) that we have now expanded our reach to the USA, Germany and France with the delivery of programmes, conference presence and internationally recognised awards being won. Let us tell you some more…
Following the successful delivery of the GKN Aerospace Don’t Walk By programme in the UK we were invited to deliver the Leadership programme for the Supervisory Team at GKN Aerospace in New York, St. Louis and Tallassee Alabama and the Hoeganaes Corporation in Gallatin. We have since returned to deliver the 2nd phase of training for the delegates; comprising of a 3-day intensive Leadership programme at Gallatin (November 2015).

Two of our company Directors attended the National Safety Council Congress & Expo Conference in Atlanta (October 2015) to explore the safety ‘landscape’ in the U.S. and build awareness of our offering; this has already led to exciting opportunities and new clients within the USA.
We have also worked in partnership with GKN Driveline Arnage in France to adapt and to enable GKN Driveline to deliver the Don’t Walk By programme to their leaders and staff internally. An in-depth period of consultation, train the trainer coaching, material development and translation, delivery support and quality control, ensured significant returns for GKN Driveline in Arnage.
“I witnessed delivery of sessions in the UK, then worked closely with the Juice Learning team to adapt the material to our site language and culture. With the support of Matt Cleve, the Juice actors and I successfully delivered both Management and Staff training to the whole workforce over the period of a week. Matt has a real eye for detail and is very customer and delivery focused. Great sessions were run with amazing returns contributing to the change of H&S culture in our facility.”
Following the successful design and delivery of a behavioural safety programme for Stadco in the UK, we were asked to adapt and deliver the programme in Saarlouis, Germany; the location of Stadco’s Head Office. The programme was delivered to both Leaders and Staff at Stadco Saarlouis and proved to be extremely worthwhile with delegates making a range of personal commitments to change their behaviours.
In the execution of these exciting programmes, we have developed a robust delivery mechanism for our unique and high-impact approach to Behavioural Safety and Culture Change which we anticipate will be of significant interest to a wide range of industries and businesses internationally.
